We guarantee that candidates will pass the PMP Exam on the date they have scheduled their exam, as long as it is within one month of the class. If the candidate fails, the same STAR-PM instructor coaches and works with the candidate by phone and email. The candidate must schedule a re-examination within 2 months of the original test. If the candidate can not pass the second attempt, STAR-PM will refund the fee the candidate paid for the course.
